Postcard #11.2 Piraeus

 

I have just been up on the top deck while on the coffee run and notice that my ship calender is not right. Besides the fact that we have the MSC Musica in with us, there also appears to be a RCI ship in too but from where I am the name isn’t visible. Nothing specific planned for today as the temperature is due to be 75 degrees Fahrenheit so it will be nice and warm and not the sort of temperature to be dragging mum round the sites which will of course be very crowded too. Postcard #11.1 Piraeus

 

We are just pulling into Piraeus and are going to be docked right next to the MSC Musica which we will be on in July 2012. There are a lot of ships in port already, more ferries than I have ever seen in 1 place. The Costa daily states that this port is the third biggest in the world so I can appreciate what they mean.
