Just another photo of the Liberty of the Seas, Clodia (ferrý) and what looks like an ex Carnival ship, the Grand Holiday. Sent from my BlackBerry® wireless device
Day 4 – Civitavecchia
Today we have again opted to stay on board ship. We have quite a busy day tomorrow and being as we are doing Rome later in the year we are having a relaxing day by the pool and in the sun. There is courtesy bus running into the town but we would rather enjoy the amenities on board. Plus its nice and quiet again and I might even get hungry……… Sent from my BlackBerry® wireless device

Day 3 – ship bits
Day 3 – More ship bits…..
The stairs on each side of the ship are colour coded to help with orientation. Port side being red and the starboard being blue. It does help! Sent from my BlackBerry® wireless device

Day 3 – Water Slides
As I was previously saying, Alex has been making the most of the non existent queues for the water slides of which there are 3 of on the Epic. For the Purple and Green ones you basically sit in the flowing water down the pipe to the bottom. The Yellow one is a bit more popular and it involves sitting on an inflatable ring for your trip down a pipe into a large bowl where you slowly spiral round to a plug hole in the middle which then results into a short drop down another short pipe to the finish. The heavier the user, the faster they enter the bowl. Some of men really fly round the bowl and go round as much as 5 time before dropping down the hole. Sent from my BlackBerry® wireless device
Day 3 – Livorno
Well we all decided to stay on board today. There is a little bit of cloud cover today but it is still lovely and warm.
Alex has been making the most of the relatively deserted ship compared to the sea day yesterday. Hardly any queues for water slides and I have lost count of how many times he has been up and down.
