Back on board now and have some nice beds in the shade on the Solstice Deck. The difference with being one deck higher is you get a bit of a breeze. If you look closely on the top photo you might just be able to make out Barbados in the distance.

Postcard #7.1 St. Lucia arrival
We just pulling into Castries, St Lucia where the weather is cloudy but the temperature is already 79F. Today we have sailed into the port and done a 180 degree turn with not much room to spare either end. This is our first visit to St. Lucia so are not really sure what to do yet, maybe we will pick up a short tour from the dock side?

Postcard #6.5 St.Kitts Sailaway
On a day we never left the ship, it was just too hot and not a breeze anywhere. A good day for reading a book in the shade. We have now set sail for our next island and left the Adventure of the Seas for the second and last time.

Postcard #6.4 Deck 16 – Solstice Deck
Being as its a port day we have managed to secure one of the comfortable beds on the Solstice Deck. The canopy will provide me with some welcome shade. There hardly any breeze today and it feels hotter than any of the previous days.

Postcard #6.3 Breakfast with a view of Nevis
Breakfast with a view of Nevis. We are only going to get off the ship for a spot of shopping later. I managed to burn my back yesterday and it will be easier to find shade on the ship. It got to 84F yesterday with a similar temperature predicted for today.
